Plan your booking clearly
When contacting us, include the date, start and finish times, London venue or online platform, expected audience, specialist terminology and whether the session will be filmed, streamed or recorded.

Planning travel and venue access
For a London booking, give us the full address, postcode, building entrance and room details. Let us know about visitor registration, security checks and any movement between venues. A programme spanning several locations may need extra travel time between assignments; please include this when requesting a quote.
Access for audiences and participants
For stage events, consider interpreter sightlines from the audience and from any reserved seating. For smaller meetings, check that everyone can see the interpreter without facing a bright window or screen. Share presentations, speaker names and specialist vocabulary before the session where possible.
Hybrid London events
If some participants attend online, tell us how they will see both the speaker and interpreter. A room camera alone may not provide an accessible view. We can discuss the interpreting arrangements alongside your event team, including session lengths, breaks and any recording requirements. Availability and the final arrangement are confirmed during the booking process.
