Need to arrange a British Sign Language interpreter? cSeeker helps organisations and individuals book BSL communication support for appointments, meetings, events, education, healthcare and online sessions across the UK.
We are Deaf-led and understand that a good booking starts with clear information. Tell us the date, time, location or online platform, expected duration, setting and any access requirements. We will use those details to identify suitable communication support and provide a quote.
BSL interpreting for different settings
- Workplace meetings, training and conferences

- Education, colleges and universities
- Public-sector meetings and consultations

- Remote meetings on Zoom, Teams and other platforms
On-site or remote BSL support
We can help with both face-to-face and remote interpreting. For longer sessions, complex events or livestreamed content, more than one interpreter may be appropriate so that access remains consistent throughout the booking.
What to include in your enquiry

- Venue address or online platform
- Type of meeting or event
- Number of Deaf participants where known
- Any specialist subject matter
- Whether the session will be recorded or livestreamed

From enquiry to confirmed booking
An enquiry is the first step, rather than a confirmed booking. We will discuss the assignment and availability, then set out the proposed support and price. Check the dates, hours, location and any travel or preparation arrangements in your quote before accepting it. If the programme changes, let us know so we can review the booking.
Preparing for your interpreter
Ask the Deaf participant about their communication preferences. Share an agenda, names, presentations and specialist vocabulary in advance where possible. At the session, speak directly to the Deaf person and allow time for interpretation. Arrange seating and lighting so participants can see the interpreter clearly.
How far ahead should I book?
Contact us as early as possible, especially for longer assignments or specialist topics. Availability depends on the date, location and type of support required. For a short-notice enquiry, include the deadline so we can check the practical options.
